In 2024, TDH Hi-Tech successfully carried out the repair, maintenance, and calibration of the Automatic Pour Point Tester manufactured by Scavini (Italy – EU/G7), currently in use at the Petroleum Scientific Research and Design Institute (NIPI).

Main Tasks Included:

Replacement of the pour point temperature sensor, with alignment and servicing of the sealing system.

Inspection and maintenance of the power supply, ensuring stable power delivery to the entire instrument.

Cleaning and servicing of the control unit and display screen.

Maintenance of the cooling chamber, sample cell, and lifting arm (including motor, gears, and mechanical joints).

Calibration of PT100 sensors and the lifting mechanism using specialized equipment.

Final inspection and test run with actual samples to verify proper operation in compliance with Scavini standards.
