TDH Successfully Conducts Commissioning Test of the 50 ft Wireline Mast (Wilitec)

In this project, TDH Hi-Tech acted as the technical consultant for the 50 ft Wireline Mast manufactured by Wilitec.

TDH supervised the design and fabrication process, working closely with the manufacturer to finalize the technical configuration. based on the client’s actual operational requirements, the equipment was ensured to meet safety standards, load capacity requirements, and field operating conditions.

The Wireline Mast 50 ft is a hydraulic telescopic wireline mast with foldable outriggers and a high-strength steel structure.

it offers fast erection (< 25 seconds), a working height of 16 m, and a safe working load up to 4,000 kg at full height, suitable for offshore wireline operations and high-wind field conditions (up to 60 mph / 27 m/s, with guying).

TDH supervised key components during design and fabrication, including: 4-section mast structure, using offshore-rated materials and surface treatment suitable for harsh environments Hoisting system and mast head sheaves, including safety locking mechanisms Hydraulic winch system (2,000 kg) with hydraulic drive, planetary gearbox, and hydraulic brake Safety devices, such as load-holding valves, winch brakes, hook safety lock, A2B, guy wires, and load control systems In addition, TDH engineers, wearing TDH-branded PPE, provided on-site operation guidance and training, focusing on mast erection, winch operation, and safety checks, ensuring safe and efficient operation in real field conditions.

Through the Wireline Mast 50 ft project, TDH continues to demonstrate its strong technical consultancy capability and manufacturer technical management, going beyond equipment supply to actively contribute to the development of tailored technical solutions for customers.
