The BOP Jetting Sub is designed to dislodge debris and clean the BOP, riser, and wellhead area.
The tool features six ports and can accommodate various nozzle types, allowing it to adapt to a wide range of pump capacities. It can also be repositioned on the derrick and used during downtime to remove large debris buildup around the BOP.
The BOP Jetting Sub can be run as part of the BOP clean-up and swarf recovery string following section milling, effectively dislodging swarf and other debris from BOP cavities. This proven solution reduces the time required to clean the BOP on surface after milling operations, significantly saving rig time.
